All sealed DustScan collection slides received at our office are tagged and stored. Unique coding in the database ensures that our clients' samples are easily identified, kept as physical records for as long as required and available for additional analysis if necessary. The transparent sealing technique used means that collected dust can easily be examined for visual properties such as dust colour and particle shape or size. Other laboratory analyses are possible.

DustScan provides a service to manage all client information and sampling data in a comprehensive database, so that equipment supply, monitoring requirements and supporting information are all accessible. This data management tool provides an audit trail throughout, as well as enabling effective monitoring control and individualised reporting.
