Following our Stage 2 ISO 9001 audit today, we are very pleased to announce that we have been recommended for certification! Becoming certified demonstrates our customer focus, our commitment to delivering a quality service and continual improvement.
Huge thanks to Malcolm Gibbs, our Quality and ISO consultant for all his help and guidance over the last few years to get us ISO-ready, Dave Tootell for his well-structured assessment today and of course to Kerstin Mcdonald our QMS Administrator, who has worked tirelessly over the last 6-months to ensure we had everything in place and continue to operate in accordance with our quality system.
